The side effects of laughter, I mean the magnificent kind, can be dramatic.
The last live show I attended was fantastic, and I left with sore abs. I realized, this needed to do this more often. Sadly, I haven't made the good stuff a priority. I have limited my consumption to whatever shows up on the FaceBook feed.
